Rental Conditions

PRINCIPAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

This rental will be terminated immediately and automatically in the event of non-performance or violation of any of the obligations set out below

The CUSTOMER must:
1. To occupy the premises bourgeoisly and the exercise of any trade, profession or industry is prohibited. The tenant acknowledges that this rental is PROVIDED RESIDENCE AND PLEASURE, major condition without which the rental would not have been granted.
2. To do nothing which, in turn, that of his family or his relationships, could harm the tranquility of the neighborhood.
3. In case of rental in a collective building, to comply with the internal rules of the building.
4. To occupy the premises personally and may NOT, under any circumstances, sublet, even free of charge, or assign its rights to this rental.
5. Not to be able to store furniture for any reason.
6. Not to make any modification or change in the arrangement of furniture and places.
7. Not to bring any animal into the rented premises without the lessor's agreement. In this case the animal must not cause any damage or disorder.
8. Allow emergency work to be carried out during the rental.
9. Immediately inform the lessor of any damage or damage to the premises rented, even if no damage is apparent.
10. To answer for degradations and losses of its fact or the fact of the people of its house, during the hiring, unless to prove its non responsibility or that of the people indicated above.
11. To occupy the premises by the number of people indicated to CityCosy before arrival. A higher number of people can cancel the rental.
12. Make the apartment clean. Otherwise, the customer will be charged additional cleaning fees.
13. The user of the internet access undertakes not to use it for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright. or by a neighboring right. The user is informed that sharing software, when connected to the internet, can automatically make available downloaded files. If sharing software has been used to download copyrighted works, it is best to disable it.
14. All apartments are non-smoking.Smoking in an apartment will result in the payment of compensation proportional to the costs incurred such as laundry, laundry, and damages compensating the price of the nights during which the apartment cannot be re-let after departure of the CLIENT without this list being exhaustive. A minimum penalty of 130 Euros will be charged.


Additional charges:

  • travel costs caused by the customer 50 €
  • linen (25 € for a pack of 2 people)
  • additional cleaning 22 € TTC / hour

Arrivals outside opening hours are subject to an additional charge after 9pm Monday to Saturday: 10€ + 5€/half hour. Sundays and public holidays all day, 10€ and then after 9pm: 20€ + 5€/half hour.

The Client authorizes CityCosy Strasbourg (SAS Omnia) to debit the maximum amount stipulated below as a guarantee from his bank card against additional costs for which the Client, or his guests, could be held responsible during the occupation of the leased premises including theft , damage to premises or its furniture (with the exception of natural wear and tear), telephone and pay TV program costs. This amount can be debited within 2 weeks after the end of the rental.
