This cosy and comfortable studio, is located on the well arranged basement of a large house located close from the Europrean Institutions, the Parc de l'Orangerie and the city center is at 15min by foot.
The gate opens onto a courtyard and the door that leads to a flight of steps that lead down to the hallway. From there, you will find the apartment’s door.
This door opens into the main room, with two twins beds that can be separated upon request, in a recess, under the large window, there is tiny dining table with its chairs and a wardrobe. There is a cable TV with DVD player. Wifi is available.
The kitchen is equipped with burners, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary cooking appliances.
The tiled bathroom has a large shower cabin, toilet and washbasin.
Heating is collective with the building and during the summer, the room stays fresh.

Suite à mes différentes expériences en France et à l'étranger dans le domaine de la location temporaire de logements, j'ai décidé en 2008 de créer une agence de gestion permettant d'offrir tant aux locataires au'aux propriétaires un service honnête et transparent : CityCosy

Nous avons réussi avec CityCosy à véhiculer cette notion forte. Et parce que travailler sans y prendre plaisir, n'a aucun intérêt pour moi, nous avons apporté un peu de "fun" dans notre façon d'évoluer dans notre milieu tout en perfectionnant notre expertise pointue.
Après un lancement réussi à Paris, me voilà de retour dans une région que j'affectionne depuis longtemps : l'Alsace.
Installé depuis 2017 à Strasbourg, j'ambitionne de faire de CityCosy-strasbourg une valeur sûre dans la location de meublés de tourisme à Strasbourg et en Alsace en cherchant à privilégier les échanges avec les partenaires locaux et faire découvrir à ma clientèle les richesses alsacienne et la bienveillance de ses hôtes.
